DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. we provide Premium Standard Shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you as soon as possible.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number. Processing generally takes anywhere from 3-5 business days (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted carrier you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 8 - 14 business days for delivery in the United States, and 12 - 20 business days for international orders (depending on location).
HOW MANY WEEKS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. if you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago, and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you placed a bulk order, meaning you purchased two or more products upon the place of your order and your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do facilitate ship orders in multiple/separate packages from time to time, due to weight restrictions and also to ensure the fastest shipping delivery as soon as the item is located in the warehouse. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
